Join us for 8 hours of evidence-based childbirth education designed to empower you in your birth decisions, build confidence for you and your partner, and find community with other expectant parents.
It is a non-judgmental birth class with the goal of educating and empowering every pregnant woman no matter where or how you choose to birth. This class is for everyone!
Each birth class is a one-day in-person class from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a break for lunch. (Lunch not included)
The class covers the three stages of labor, comfort measures, making decisions in labor, pushing, and postpartum decisions.
The class is taught by a seasoned childbirth educator and doula. The cost is $325 a couple.

Join us for a 2 day evidence-based birth class designed to empower you in your birth decisions, build confidence for you and your partner, and find community with other expectant parents.
This is all-intensive birth class filled with games, hand on activities, lots of practice and movement, and videos to engage adult learners and help the content stick!
Ideal for parents birthing outside of the hospital setting.

Join us for 12 hours of evidence-based childbirth education designed to empower you in your birth decisions, build confidence for you and your partner, and find community with other expectant parents.
It is a non-judgmental birth class with the goal of educating and empowering every pregnant woman choosing an out of hospital birth experience.
The class is held on 2 Saturdays from 9 am to 3:00 pm with a break for lunch (lunch not included).
The class is taught by a seasoned childbirth educator and doula. The cost is $325 a couple.
Location: Journey Birth Center Conroe, located at 1202 N San Jacinto St, Conroe, TX 77301.
